Introducing Possessed Wine
Possessed Wine is a line of select, small production wines, crafted with care using biodynamic methods. Our goal is to showcase the best of what Oregon has to offer in cool climate grapes and wines!
Our Winemaker
Carmine Campione is an army veteran who holds the first American degree with Biodynamic Viticulture from The Evergreen State College. Additional coursework at Oregon State University and specialized Wine Studies degrees from Chemeketa Community College fine-tuned his winemaking expertise. Carmine has over 30 years’ experience with all aspects of the wine industry in California’s Napa Valley and Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
The Vineyards
Possessed wines are sourced from Oregon’s amazing Willamette Valley grapes. All wines are produced using clean, biodynamic winemaking methods. Varietals range from our vibrantly fruity, light and low calorie Pinot Gris and Godess Rose’ to a rich, food-friendly Somm Select Rose’ and on to a heavily structured Pinot Noir, an amazingly complex and balanced cool-climate Syrah, a Miracle Red cool-climate field blend, and finally a fully-aged for 16+ years in barrel (2002) Madeira-Style Pinot Noir.
